Terms of Service

Terms for using Lumapine Technologies' website and Pi Signage Cloud.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to Lumapine Technologies LLC's website and Pi Signage Cloud service. By using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. Accounts and administration
You are responsible for authorized users, protecting account access, maintaining accurate organization information, and actions taken through your organization account. Google authentication and integrations are subject to Google's own terms and permissions.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful organizational digital signage. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or use the service to distribute malicious software.
4. Customer content and Google integrations
Your organization retains its rights in content it supplies. You grant Lumapine a limited right to host, process, convert, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights to display content. Google Slides and Calendar integrations depend on your permissions and the availability of Google services.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Pi Signage Cloud may offer free, trial, and paid plans with different capabilities and limits. Plan details, fees, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation terms will be disclosed when paid subscriptions are offered. No paid subscription is created merely by viewing this website.
6. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or change features and may experience interruptions. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
7. Emergency messaging limitations
Any emergency alert, drill, or supplemental notification feature is a secondary communications aid, not a life-safety system. Do not rely on Pi Signage Cloud as the sole means of emergency warning, evacuation instruction, or communication. Maintain independent emergency procedures and notification systems.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms. Organizations may request account closure by contacting support@lumapinetechnologies.com. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy and applicable plan terms.
9. Intellectual property
Lumapine and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or customer content.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Lumapine is not responsible for losses arising from unavailable third-party services or misuse of emergency messaging features. Any enforceable limitation of liability for paid services should be specified in the applicable commercial agreement.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States, subject to applicable mandatory law. Questions may be sent to support@lumapinetechnologies.com.
12. Updates
We may revise these Terms and post an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
